asignment 8 :S

The cars are something that I really like, I like the speed but not to race :D "its dangerous" acording to alot of people even me, but whene I say that I like the speed I, It does not means 200 miles per hour I meen not slow but not at normal speed. 

One car that i would like to have is a Nissan Gtr 

Also i like the audi r8like the one at el paso 



is kind of sad because you just see it leve and theres no time to apresiate it

But in that moment whene it get the gas is a sweet moment its amazing its almost heaven

.com if the key word for entreteinment in wich you can find games, social media. but org as it sound is of organizations were you can find asociations for help people, .com can be more exiting than org because you can play or have fun.

2. Why do you think the Disney website has more hyperlinks, advertisements, and other distracting options to click on?
because is a big piramid in which more stuff get inside and it also have diferent parks and sections, and the org ones you can put all in just one section

3. If you had to construct/create your own webpage from the beginning, what would you want it to be about and why?
cars, because i like them and if i like something i can write lots and lots of it and i would make research in that way i will be able  make a good page

1. What problems does the article mention that children run into when they use search engines?
the childrens now have alot of problems with adult webpages and onlinechat pages they just are exposed to all those inapropiated web pages and ssome times they are no on constant supervsion, there is where almost all of the problems are consentraed

2. What suggestions have been offered for how search engines can improve their product to lessen children’s problems searching?
we are giving them a tool wich is for adults according to Michael H, now the kids are bad educated by the internet which makes all for you just by typing some words on the seach bar

3. Do you search using keywords or questions? How does the article characterize these two types of searching?
yes you may start whith the basics and, or, not which they will help you to find what you are searching for,
you may need to get the main idea and then star doing a little reseach on enternet :D 

4. Have you tried using images or videos to search? How does the article characterize this type of searching?
no i haven't but it should be a great idea, o find a specific image, sculpture, or any kind of art, it can helps you also finding some historical events in the place were it was.

5. What advice would you give to Internet search engine developers (like Google or Bing) for how they should improve their product? Do you think any of the improvements mentioned in the article are particularly promising? Why?
they need to take care, the internet can be a lethal weapon, they need to create some insurence now you can search for whatever you whant even though peoples names at white pages is not that secure as they say it is.

my dog :D asignmnt 8




My Dog Draco

I get my dog when I was 10 years old just a kid, he  born in  one night we just hear my dog crie, 

next day My mom told e all about the dog, when i saw the dogs i set my sight in just ne of them 

and I told my dad, that was going to be my dog and actually the dog is mine, that dog is afilied 

with me in so many ways, he is loyal and since I live at el paso i have not enouph time for him and 

for my other dogs, but he always stay loyal, my dog he always plays and if i let him run he always 

stay and he my not undersan what i say or y may not understand what he barks but we trust each 

other. Hire is a picture of the raze: belgian shepherd


  


it is a breaty raze is unique, also it is a verry active raze my dogs used to make bih wholes in my 

backyard,  but hire is my dog.


and hire is him with me :D



Some times my dog is really active but others he is berry lazy, thy dont know how to play because 

the father was the one who knows and they just folow him now wene i get out of my hose i just 

like to expend a bit of time there chilling with my dogs and just remembering all those memories.

now i am just wondering if i could bring him to el paso tx and actually i can but i dont have where 

to have him. Some times Is good to expend my time with him is awesome. this is how they looked

it was easier than i thought to create a poll but it does not have a lot of stuff to change because making questions is not a big deal

1. In your own words describe how the workplace culture at Google encourages innovation and unique creations for the company? How does working at Google and the environment there affect its workers?

in Google the employees are very well treated, they can make a life inside of the Google campus they can get a car, sleep, enjoy free food, and one of the greatest part is that you can enjoy or waste time on a simulated world part


2. How does employee freedom, like the 20% of free time Google encourages its employees to spend on any project they want, deliver better business?
  
they do that in order to make them feel comfortable and lose any kind of pressure if you will, which can make them to stop producing ideas, and all that time help them to thing organize and realize meetings weed their partners  in order to produce an effective product 


3. What are the requirements to work for Google? And what is different about the way they hire employees at Google?

what Google search for is good stuff someone who will make them money, their way to employ is, they put 5 guys in one room and let them solve a Rubik's cube which will show them the IQ of the person, in which case the first person who solve it get the job.

you get well payed, a life inside of the campus, they pay for your stuff, free new stuff such as phones, computers, you get a bio car :D you can clean your clothes and 20% of the time to get your ideas with out pressure

  • google glasses, internet glasses in which you can record, and connect them wireless to your phone,pc,tablet,etc

  • robots, which can help to substitute a human in a simple work(simple tasking robots)
  • clean energy, they care about the planet so the try to help the global warming
